Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for a Return

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@museoff.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, please start a return first and place a new order for the replacement.
